Toscana Mia

Something special awaits in a traditional Tuscan farmhouse in Chianti.
Toscana mia, is a cooking school in the village of Poggio san Polo. There, we can sip Chianti while our hosts Simonetta and Paola de' Mari guide us in the delights of Tuscan cooking. Handmade ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, porcini risotto, stuffed aubergines, berry tiramisu and bruschetta of every description to tempt us a little.
