The Chianti Classico Academy is located in the hearth of Chianti Classico in the village of Radda and seminars are held in the romantic setting of the old Convent of Santa Maria in Prato.

Review of the notion of balance in wines and tasting 4 Chianti Classico wines
The course is the perfect introduction to wine and lasts for one full day. There are plenty of delicious wines that we taste during the course.
